"Always looking for new and different ways to fund raise and also looking for opportunities to help people face challenges and gain confidence, the blossom charity has announced that it will be holding a fire walk in the market town of Eye on 16th of October 2021."
The walk itself was just 20 feet long, so that’s 20 feet of red hot embers burning at around 1236. It’s considered to be the shortest, possibly the most challenging walk you will ever take.
Bridget McIntyre the founder of the blossom charity said “We love thinking of ways to fund raise that not only benefit the charity but also benefit the individuals involved. There is lots of evidence that walking on fire is a huge boost to our personal confidence, something we know is important for many. We are working with UK Fire walk, who will run the event for us. They are hugely experienced and will run something that is challenging, will be supported and safe”
