Our Men’s Programme has been designed specifically to support men - helping them to live their best lives too! It will help them grow in confidence and certainty about who they are, encouraging them to be able to communicate that well and to recognise the need to care for their own mental health and wellbeing. So often men feel that they need to be strong and are worried about showing any self-perceived weakness, but it is good to talk! This programme provides a supportive, safe place to share experiences and listen.
Investing in this programme will give participants access to a rich, creative environment in which they will learn more about themselves, how they relate to others and how to communicate and care for themselves more effectively. They will grow through learning and doing, and by reflecting on and sharing their own experiences. They will have the opportunity to become more purposeful, more connected to themselves and others, and will be more impactful as a result.
This programme is designed to be delivered across an 8-month period and includes seven half-day workshops and one full-day outdoor adventure day, four one-to-one coaching sessions with experienced coaches and a men’s styling day.
The workshops will include topics such as: discovering who you are alongside your strengths and uniqueness; the transitions in modern life and how to manage them; the art of confident communication; and challenging yourself to try something new.
