Confidence can be a huge barrier to making progress in our lives. It can impact our ability to find employment or make changes that are needed. Are you always confident in your abilities? Do you know what you’re good at and the value you provide? Do you sometimes have a wobble and think others are better than you? Do you always put others needs before your own? If the answer is yes to any of these, then the My Confident Self programme may be for you.
It is a series of six full-day workshops which explore various topics such as: the difference between self-esteem and self-confidence; the characteristics of people with higher and lower confidence and how it impacts their lives; developing effective communication skills (expressing needs and wants, and the art of saying ‘no’); promoting positive mental health and self-care; and developing confidence in the outdoors. Participants will also have four one-to-one coaching sessions and a Makeover Day too!
We will also use StrengthsFinder and The Myers-Briggs (MBTI) profiling tools to help participants understand when they are at their best, their likes and dislikes and how they interact with others.
By the end of the programme we hope that they will be radiating confidence and have action plans in place to live their best life. Please complete the application form if you feel you would benefit.
